Has some wear as you can view in the pictures. The boot around the off hook/monitor switch shows some wear. Unit appears to have been used, but not abused. The spring on the belt clip is good(this clip is mountable on either end, by the way) the battery clips as you can see in the picture haven't been left with a leaking battery, and my biggest grip on these, the mounting bracket for the hands-free speaker isn't broken.
