I got this chain binder in a box of old tools that I bought at an auction. It was covered with a lot of dirt and grime. I cleaned it off with some WD-40. This binder is"all good" The length of the handle from the tip to the hinge pin is 16 1/2 inches. One of the hooks is marked DC 3/8 and has the number 1 and a W in a circle. The other one is marked DC 3/8 and has a number 3 and a W in a circle. The marking on the handle is DCCO and the number 272 and then what looks like a K or a W- I can not make it out clearly.
