A Porter Cable 1002/ 22.000 RPM Router is attached to a Thompson Linear Ball Bearing. Vertical slide actuated by a Speedaire Air Cylinder to yield a smooth, regulated plunge. The workpiece is held to a 15” dia. rotating turntable with an adjustable, fast acting, clamping jig. The turntable is variable speed and driven by a Dayton Gearmotor and Speed Control. The whole cycle is automatic once the operator presses the“2” cycle start buttons- all motion stops and router returns“up” upon release of buttons. 12" Leigh D-1258R -12 Dovetail Jig
This is a 12 inch Leigh dovetail jig. Great for drawers, boxes, and other items where a dovetail joint less than or equal to 12 inches is needed. There is some rust on the bar that the fingers slide on and a little peeling paint on the clamping bars, but nothing that gets in the way of making excellent joints. Included(as shown in the last photo) are the jig, the Owner's Manual, a VHS instructional tape, and the tool used to adjust the position of the fingers.
