It Tips 90 Deg. and rotates 360 Deg all under power. We replaced the lead screw and nut along with having It re scraped. We made stage 5 turbine rings for GE over a 12 year period and always held very tight tolerances. It comes with Angle plates, Parrels, Studs, Straps and hundreds of pounds of tooling. There Is an outboard support and boring bars. It is already disassembled and ready to ship saving you 6,000 in rigging fees. 4 Ferrari a matic Hinge Boring Machines
You getting all 4 Ferrari drilling boring machines and a nice steel table all wired and plumbed for air supply. The machines have the 3 head design but are only using 1 drill per unit for what they were building here. The machines are set up to work together. The number 2 machine controls the clamping cylinders on unit one and two. The third machine controls the clamping cylinders on machines three and four. Then the raise and lower control on machine two controls all four machines so they drill simultaneously. I think they were putting two doors at a time in the machine then drilling all the holes at once. Its 220 volt single phase. They used 3 phase twist lock plugs. Left over from a lathe we sold about a year ago. Genuine Aloris brand.not like the cheap imitations outr there. Holds a 3/4" OD boring bar.comes with a 2 flute 3/4" end mill in it! These are five 3/8 inch boring bars. Three of them are four inches long. Two of them are five inches long. They are in good usable condition. They appear to have been made for a cut off tool but we have used them for boring bars and as flycutter tools. They have all been sharpened and dipped in a plastic to protect them. The front of the carbide is wider than the rest of the tool so this gives them the correct clearance for them to be used as boring bars or flycutter or lathe bit.
