This Shopsmith Mark 5 lot consists of 3 push blocks. One push stick, one feather block, one fence straddler, one locking twist handle, two short and one long allen wrench to fit the set screws. They are all in clean, excellent condition. There aren't any rubs and scratches on the safety items, the other items do. Two of the push blocks have about 10% +- loss to the neoprene. Offered for sale is a set of 27 pieces total of used doweling points of assorted sizes used in wood working to line up drill holes in edges of boards to be joined by doweling. The sizes and numbers are: 2 of 1/4 inch. 2 of 5/16 inch by 1/2 inch tall, 16 of 3/8 inch by 1/2 inch tall,1 of 7 1/6 inch by 1/2 inch tall, 2 of 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch tall. 2 of 9/16 inch by 1/2 inch tall2 of 5/8 inch by 1/2 inch tall. Points have expected cosmetic and physical issues expected with age and use but are in usable condition. Doweling points are used to line up drill holes in wood to be joined with dowel pieces. Usually edge to edge. A hole is drilled in the edge of one piece and then the doweling point is put in the hole and moved next to the other edge to be joined. When lined up correctly the boards are taped lightly to mark the spot. Like a center punch ... morewould, to be drilled for the dowel piece.
