This auction is for an old maybe home-made Multi-Tester in a what arrears to be home-made encloser. The meter is a Westinghouse Ser#2070477. Style 1208811, Type PX-14 I didn't try to clean the unit do to the paper under clear tape(very Fragile) there are numbers on the paper, see pics. There are test leads inside that need wires. This is pretty cool stuff if you collect old electronics.

Vintage Sierra Electronics Transistor Tester Military Philco SB 102
Vintage high end military transistor tester in excellent condition. Bakelite case in good condition. Some scuffs from storage/moving around, panel is in perfect condition, comes with a transistor test data booklet but no manual. It must be one of the earliest types since it tests low 2Nxx transistors. I have not tested it but inside is very clean, no signs of tinkering around. There are several early transistors inside including a couple of very rare Philco surface barrier SB-102 types. Batteries seem to be old special type but the voltages can be produced by regular household batteries with some creative battery case building, but I will leave it for the new owner. Philco Sierra 219C TS-1836A/U Vintage Transistor Tester, Rebuilt and Tested
This is a vintage Philco/ Sierra Electronics 219C transistor tester. This one was originally used by the military and was issued as a TS-1836A/U transistor test set. I have tested every component in here and replaced out-of-tolerance resistors and failed electrolytic capacitors. Most importantly. I've modified this unit to eliminate the need for the impossible-to-find obsolete 12.15V mercury battery that was originally used. Instead, it now runs on 5 AA cells plus 3 C cells. I routinely use an identical unit on my bench for repair work and this is one of the best in-circuit testers ever made. The only issue with this tester is the soldering iron burn someone made on the outside of the case. This works great on both silicon and germanium transistors. If you repair old electronics with expensive or hard-to-find transistors, this thing is ... moreincredibly handy to have since you can test them without risking damage by removing them.
