Such an example is this adequately featured sine/ square wave generator, designed for lab use, or service and testing. The'5218 is an update of the IG-18. Popularized by the exceptionally faithful, clean output signals. Low distortion(less than 0.1% sine wave output is available fromm 10Hz to 100kHz, and the unit will extend down to 1Hz. Accurate square wave output is available too, both it and sine levels are stepped and independently adjustable, up to 10v. Other features include a panel meter for monitoring sine wave output, a 600 ohm internal load, all solid state circuitry. Cosmetically the unit is in good overall condition without distracting flaws.
