The paint is overall in pretty fair condition with normal scuffs and scratches. I'm not exactly sure what this unit is used for, but it did come out of a metal working machine shop. Please refer to the pictures provided below for further detail as to the cosmetic condition of this unit. We connected this unit up to 230V 3-Phase power to test it out. This unit might actually be 460V. But it did work on our 230V. It powered on properly and both belts turned properly. From what we can tell it is in good operating condition.
