Wacker PDT-3A 3" Diaphragm Water Pump Honda 4 HP Gas Engine Portable Will Ship
Here is a Wacker PDT3A trash pump. It has a Honda GX120 4hp engine. I just replaced the narrow hard rubber tires with pneumatic tires so it's much easier to handle on a jobsite. I pumped with it the first of June and the pump worked fine. The engine was hard to start but the compression is fine. Could be a weak coil. Bad plug or just bad gas. Needs a new recoil starter. I priced it low enough to more than cover the recoil and any engine tuning it may need. The paint is about two months old. I will drain the gas and oil and strap it to a pallet for free but you will need to set up a pickup with the carrier of your choice. Please message me any questions you may have. This allows the pump handle to be stowed for storage or shipping in half it's original size but still quickly threaded together to work as originally designed. As an advantage each 1/2 of the full Handle can also now be utilized to operate the pump if the long handle was too long to operate in a confined space! The large plywood Carry-board has been cut in half and a very substantial high quality stainless-steel piano hinge with 1/4-20 counter sunk bolts. T' Nuts and counter sunk screws, has now re-joined the two halves allowing the Carry-board to be folded in half. As the hinge has been properly located on the bottom side of the board it will work and support the pump assembly as originally designed but with the added benefit of allowing it to be stowed or shipped in a smaller space. Wilden 1 1/2" Double Diaphragm Pneumatic/Air Pump M4 diaphram water trash mud
Here is a Wilden Pump M4. Double diaphram pneumatic/air powered pump. Not real familiar with these but we hooked air to it and it operated. Drew suction on the intake side and blew out air on the discharge(did not pump liquid with it) Shows some age and use as shown in pictures, but see no damage to the pump. The air exhaust muffler that was on this had some of the threads broken off but it will still screw into the port. It is not pictured but will be included. Suction port is 11/2" and discharge is 1 1/4" pipe. openings actually measure 1 3/4" and 1 1/2" inside the threads. Pump could require servicing or maintenance before using, but as stated above it does operate. My original thought was to combine two of these gear/diaphragm units together and re-power to make a nice trailer mounted smoother running high volume double diaphragm unit. Oh well. No time. Units are not running and are sold for parts only. We repower these with a small 7hp gas motor and they run very well. The gear cases all work. There are only 3 parts that ever go bad on these units. The diaphragm plunger and the two flappers, these should be replaced and then you will have a great pump for not much money. Local p/u only.
