This is a Pacific Hydrostar water pump engine came off a 2 1/2 inch water pump the water pump quit working so we got a 3 inch pump and I put one of my predator 212cc engines on it and it works great now. The engine runs good it has some nicks on the base cover and the pull start handle is cracked off on one side but it runs good has very good compression. Runs smooth or it did for us anyway. it is made in China by the Yongkang Apollo,Motive, Force, Co. As listed above the item# is 98013 I have replaced the on off switch on it with a little heaver one, It has gas on off switch for safe transport and a engine low oil shutoff.The pto is 21/2" long the threaded part is 9/16 of a inch in diameter and the shaft that is not threaded is 11/16 in diameter. It was a 3 phase pump but it may also fit on the single phase pump(2ZWP1) which likely uses the same pump parts. If you would like to take some measurements on your pump we would be happy to verify.
