Here we have a 3 axis cnc kit for a Unimat sl lathe. This comes with guruautomation cnc kit for x and y axis plus a THK kr20 to be used for z axis which you would need to make work/fit. It comes with a Proxxon Micromot die grinding tool with collets which is 12v but the speed control does not work it is only one speed. I built the control box using 3 Kelinginc KL-4030 microstepping drivers using a C10 breakout board. There are two power supplies a fan and a kill switch. There are 4 nema 17 motors.This was tested and worked with Mach 3 demo on the x-y axis and the motors got warm that is far as i got with this cnc conversion it may need the dip switched set or the nema motors are bad as they were bought used.The Unimat cnc kit was bought new as were the electronics except the motors. DIY CNC Kit. Univelop TA8435-3-1.1 controller board with 3 axis and limits. 3 Vexta PK266-02A stepper motors. 1.8 degree per step, 1 amp, 1.8 Ohms. A 5 volt wall wart regulated power supply and a nice interconnecting multicore cable. I started to build a 3 axis CNC router but ran out of space to put it. My loss is your gain. I have added a heatsink and a fan to the controller tabs to insure long life and cool operation. This listing is for a 3 Axis MicroStepper Motor Controller/ Amplifier with three Intelligent Motion IM483-34P1 drives. Amplifier board and Mean Well S-240-43 48VDC power supply. As well as the X. Y and Z outputs, it has an RS-232 port and inputs for limit switches, CNC and Joystick. It is in good cosmetic condition. With some scuffs, scratches or marks. Powers up with no errors, but is otherwise untested. It came as surplus from a government lab and due to the limited testing it's sold as-is, with no guarantees, even though it may work perfectly- we just don't know! The IM drives alone are worth twice what we're asking- don't let it get away!

This is a complete controller is set-up for a 3 axis milling machine or router. All of the components seen in pic were in the control box of my novakon NM-145 Mill. The only thing wrong with these components is that the speed controller is no longer working. I moved on to a completely different controller set-up. So I no longer need this equipment. Mach 3 is loaded into the PC as well. There are also gecko drivers. Everything works and is in perfect condition less the speed controller. I have for sale a new Gecko G540. 48v power supply, and 3 NEMA 23 570oz/in motors from Automation Technologies. The motors are dual 1/4" shafts, 3.5amp. also included are the DB9 solder cups that are prewired to the motors with a length of wire, plug and play. Its listed as used because I powered them up and jogged around in Mach3, other than that they have been sitting unused for a few months. Everything works as new. I paid over $500 for this setup, including shipping from Automation Technologies, at their website the power supply is on sale, and they don't have these motors in stock but they were $54ea when I purchased them.
