The motor controller on this vortexer is not completely working. However. I hooked the DC motor up to a variable power supply and it works- goes fast and slow. You could either use it like that(with variable DC supply) or get a new motor contoller board. This is a nice machine, very heavily built with a strong motor. WE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET THE UNIT TO SHAKE ABOVE 600 AND IT WOULD JUST SHUT DOWN AND GIVE ERROR MESSAGE. WE ARE NOT EXPERTS ON THIS UNIT AND WE ARE UNSURE WHAT IS CAUSING THE ERROR.
