This is a gently used St. Croix Legend Xtreme casting rod 6'6" medium-heavy fast action model XC66MF and a Kistler Magnesium TS 7' medium fast MGCRR70. Top of the line St. Croix and quite possibly the best rod I've ever fished with. I have a GLoomis GLX and I like the St. Croix rod better. I have three of the Xtremes and its time to part ways with one. The Kistler is a great rod for crankbaits and jerkbaits. I will ship both with a PVC pipe and with care. The bottom two pieces of this rod are a legend xtreme 9' 7 wt fly the top piece is off a different st.croix fly rod that was the same weight and length they fit together perfectly and make a great high quality fly rod that can be yours for a not so high price. The label has been removed with a razor blade by st.croix to void the st.croix lifetime warranty but does not effect the rod.

Nearly new 7'1" MH St. Croix Legend Xtreme casting rod
Up for auction is a barely used 7'1" Medium-heavy power, extra fast action St. Croix Legend Xtreme casting rod. This is St. Croix's absolute top-of-the-line casting rod. I purchased this rod about six months ago and it's been used approximately 6-8 times. Other than some VERY minor scuffing on the aluminum buttcap(as you can see in one of the pictures) the rod still looks brand new and comes with the rod sleeve that it was shipped with originally. In my opinion, the bluish-green finish is stunning, as shown in another photo. Instead of me listing off all of the features of the rod, I encourage you to visit St. Croix's website to read about the benefits of all of the technology they use in this rod. The only reason why I am selling this rod is because I can't justify the price I paid for it if I only use it a handful of times a year. There's no other way to put it but this Stallion right here is all muscle and a true Med Hvy Fast! Big Bass in the Grass no problem yank em out like its a Koi pond this thing is Serious. The construction. Fit and finish are second to none. This is the newest and most current model Legend Extreme. This model does have the Neoprene Composite Black Split Grip and also comes with Stainless Steel guides and SiC inserts. I really hate to list this rod as being used.
