Here is a rare Lamiglas Kenai Travel spinning rod 8'6" in 3-piece. Model Heavy G1315-3, line 12~25 lbs, lure 1/2 ~ 1-3/4 oz. The rod does not appear to have been fished much. The core handle shows discoloring especially the upper section. There are a few sharp depressions ranging from 1/4" to 3/8" on the lower handle and the upper handle has a chunk missing 1/8"x3/8" as shown in photo(it may be the nature of the wood core.another words the handle is not perfect for the lower and upper portion. It's got a rare"Lamiglas" stamped spinning reel seat as shown in photo. There is no rust on any of the eyes but a few paint loss spots and not noticing major abrasion on the rod. Lamiglas' G1000 fishing rods is one of their most popular series and a favorite among anglers. This fishing rod is a G 1311 spinning model. In a classy red/dark pink color, and it was made locally, in Woodland, WA. The rod has an overall height of 8'6" and breaks down into two sections for easy transport. It can handle ½ ounce to 1½ ounce lure weight and 10 to 20 lb. line weight. The rod is pre-owned and we are not the original owners of it, so we do not know its history, nor have we ever used it. Custom Lamiglas Surf/Jetty Spinning Fishing Rod 2 Pc - NICE! OVER 11 FEET LONG!
You're bidding on a Nice 2 Piece Custom made Lamiglas Surf Spinning Rod in great shape for mechanics and appearance. Judging from the guides and reel seat and handle. It doesn’t look like it has ever been used in salt water or if it has, you can’t tell it. It was custom made from a prominent rod builder in Santa Cruz, CA and has seven excellent guides and wraps. The finish is great with just a little bit of white specking on the butt section(you will hardly notice) and, as you can see, the original owner did not wish to keep his name on the rod, so the finish has been removed to remove his name(see pictures) This is only cosmetic of course and does not affect the rod in any way. The rod measures 11 feet and 3 inches long when assembled and is ready to catch the big ones. I do not know the line rating, but I would describe the rod as medium ... moreto medium heavy action. Offered for sale is a wonderful Lamiglas XMG 50 steelhead spinning rod. This rod is a 10 1/2 ft-2 piece- graphite rod. These retail for around 400.00 today The rod was used just a couple of times steelhead fishing by the previous owner. The rod remains EXCELLENT-100% original with no repairs or flaws I can see. The rod is super light and super sensitive. The rod is very clean but there is some light egg glue residue near the reel seat area that I didn't clean off- I will let the new owner clean the rod as they know how to do it properly.
