Two heavy. Steel safety lock swiveled forged steel hooks. They are very rugged units which have been in use over the recent past. They were in the assets of a NASA contractor that closed due to contract draw downs. They look rugged and really are. The contractor was required to meet precise spec requirements, and these certainly did. Hinged safety lock allows quick opening for insertion of line or cable. Locks immediately when released rather than having to insert a cotter pin. This is the grand daddy of swivel blocks and are heavy duty ones. They are tough and ugly and have not been prettied up, only brushed off. In addition there are 3 forged shackles sized 9/16, 3/8 and 5/8" and a 5/8" steel U-bolt cable clamp. The hooks are marked PN 408527-2, and otr# N156-44715. They are 9" overall, 2" dia hook inner. Among many ... moreuses they are ideal for towing trucks or rigs needing two similar hooks. This was my grandparents hook so I can't tell you much about it except that it says"3/4 ton" on it and it says"Italy" so see my pictures.
