These QUALITY bone crunchers work like a charm! I believe these were made for Poultry/Bone Cutting. But they would work beautifully on any like-size Bone or Tough Gristle/etc. They are used and could use a steel wool polishing. But they work perfectly as is! The handles look like horn of some type to me. But some people have called them bakelite, I'll let the buyer determine.
