Eggs will be fresh and I have currently have quite a few of these eggs in my incubator and have been getting very high fertility. My flock consists of Brown. Buff and White Africans. My Brown and Buff geese all originated from Holderread's Waterfowl Farm and the Whites came from 2 different breeders. They are very good quality and should produce some show quality goslings. As with any bird not all offspring even out of the best parents will end up show quality. I normally separate the different colors but I am currently redoing some fencing so all the geese are currently running together. You could hatch brown, buff, white or a very rare blue/gray color that can result from crossing brown to white. My birds are fed a high quality diet in addition to being able to free range and graze. I shipped a lot of these eggs last year and had very good results. I wrap each of the eggs carefully with bubble wrap and package with tons of padding material. I did not have a single egg break during shipping last year. That being said I have no control over what happens to the eggs once they leave my hands. Shipping can be very damaging to the eggs and shipped eggs normally do not hatch as well as eggs that were not shipped. Poor handling and your individual incubator settings can all affect how well the eggs hatch. With that mind you should leave feedback when you receive your eggs not after the hatch. Eggs will be shipped to you unwashed. I keep my nests very clean in an attempt to produce the cleanest eggs possible. However. They are waterfowl and will occasionally track a little mud into the nests. Washing can affect how you incubate the eggs so I leave it up to you as to whether or not you wish to wash your eggs.
