We purchased this printer used about 5 years ago. And it came in a box with some shipping damage that we pictured. The casing cracked/chipped in a couple places. The printing functions work well, black and white and all colors print properly and clearly. The partially used ink cartridges and partially used roll of paper are included. There is a problem with the paper feed. After a print job, the paper is sliced off, and then the fresh paper often pops out of the rollers, so that someone has to feed it back in manually to get ready for the next print job. This'nursing' is time consuming so our office purchased a new printer. For occasional large format printing this printer may be acceptable as long as someone is ok babysitting the paper feed, but it is time consuming for a multi-user environment or someone that does not want to tinker ... morewith paper feeding. Up for sale- Hp Hewlett Packard DesignJet 750 C Plus Wide Format Printer/ Plotter for parts/repair. This item is used and being auctioned as is; comes with a power cord and no other accessories. It is missing it's wire catches along the frame and is parallel interface only; no USB. There are cartridges installed but I believe they are mostly empty save the black which reads as full. The cartridges and ink nozzles/ print heads condition is not known nor is the total page count. We tried using a different roll of paper than that specified and could not get it to print anything. There is a network card installed but it is not tested either. The parallel port works and my computer picked it up right away but you will have to watch for driver incompatibility(we were using Vista and could not find an effective driver for it) Above are some ... morescreen shots and the cartridge carriage moved back and forth with no issues. When we tested this unit it powered on without any problems. All the buttons were responsive and worked properly. We were able to load some paper into the unit then we tried to make a test page. HP DesignJet 1055CM You are bidding on One Used HP DesignJet 1055CM 36" Wide-Format Color Plotter in good cosmetic condition. It has a few slight scuffs and scratches on the exterior. But no real damage. We attempted to try it out and while it did power on and go through the self-test the first time we tried it. It didn't power on the second time. Only the single red light on the front went on and it wouldn't start up. We removed a couple of cards and reinstalled them and once again it worked once, but then it wouldn't work after that. We have had it working since, but it seems to only work very intermittently. When it does power on it goes through all of it's self-checks properly, though we never had a chance to print with it.
