MUTOH OCE CS9065 SPITFIRE EXTREME 65" ECO SOLVENT PRINTER NEW PRINT HEADS ROLAND
This is a Mutoh manufactured machine. Xerox sells the identical Mutoh-manufactured printers as does Oce. The same printers are sold by Mutoh itself as the Mutoh Rockhopper 3 Extreme(with eco-solvent ink) and the Mutoh Spitfire Extreme(with mild-solvent ink) You can change the ink type yourself by looking at these instructions. We purchased the machine from auction in 2010 and never used it. When getting it shipped from California to Florida the shipping company removed the inks from the machine and the leftover ink in the lines dripped out from the bottom of the machine. I cleaned it up as much as possible. It does not affect the performance of the machine. I installed 4 new DX4 printheads. New dampers, new and new head caps. The machines firmware was put back to the Mutoh version firmware so you can use OEM Mutoh inks or 3rd party Mutoh ... moreinks. I installed the new print heads because I let it sit too long. The machine is ready to go just needs ripping software(mutoh) and inks. Here is the spec sheet from Oce It does come with some inks that you see in the picture 2 black 440ml 2 cyan 440ml 1 cyan 220ml 1 magenta 220ml 1 black 220ml There are about 10 other cartridges that have been used but seems most of them have almost full ink in them(if you want them) Users manual included. Comes with computer(no monitor) quad core cpu. 4gb ram, video card, I think it is a 500gb sata hard drive. 2 cd burners and whatever software was installed on it. There are some ripping softwares installed on the machine but no dongle so I honestly think you need a ripping software. I am throwing in 2 rolls of perferated vinyl 30" and 36" by 100' new(if you want) 2 rolls of banner material(if you want) and 9 retractable banner stands(if you want) This machine is being sold as is with no returns. I have seen these go between $3500(parts only) $8000. This printer/ cutter is in excellent working condition. We have had it in our shop for the past 5 years. I paid $6000 for it used. Put a new mother board and print heads in it. $3200) So I had $9200 in it when I bought it 5 years ago. We also upgraded it with a Supply 55 take up wheel so you can print all night long and not even be here. $900) You can see the test print, both print heads are working great! Images are crisp and the cut is perfect. This machine was used daily in our shop and has made back our money 10 times over. We did maintenance weekly, and had it serviced twice a year. Roland SP300 Wide Format Eco Solvent 30" Wide Format Printer / Cutter
This printer/ cutter is in excellent working condition. We have had it in our shop for the past 5 years. I paid $6000 for it used. Put a new mother board and print heads in it. $3200) So I had $9200 in it when I bought it 5 years ago. We also upgraded it with a Supply 55 take up wheel so you can print all night long and not even be here. $900) You can see the test print, both print heads are working great! This printer is being sold as is and is also for sale locally. I will part out or consider trades for name brand vinyl cutters. This unit was working before the previous owner bought a new printer and left this one unplugged. It will need new heads or someone who can possibly recover these heads. The printer turns on. Both pumps cycle, it reads media, the heaters work, etc. etc. I believe everything else to be in working order. It comes with take up reel. Bulk ink system, cables, operators manual, and everything else you see pictured. NO RIP. I soaked the heads& tried to clear them up but haven't had much luck. Roland SC-545EX SolJet ProII. This is an estate item. My mother purchased this new. 2006? and used it for printing her artwork. Currently I cannot confirm the status of the print head output. I know that it is powered on. I did do a test print and only two of the heads produced ink. A good cleaning should let us know more. However I recently(yesterday) had back surgery and really not in shape to really go through it. I've replaced two of the print heads in the past, but that was about 3 years ago. I have a tech manual that I printed out as well. I expect if you are looking at this you know more about the technical aspects than I do. I can repair these. But operations past simple printing I cannot do. This will have to be a local pickup and you will need to bring strong people as I will not be able to assist. Roland SP-540V is a 54" eco-solvent printer/cutter using CMYK inks. Machine has been run approximately 2-3 hours each day. We have had factory technicians do the maintenance and repairs. Includes Versaworks RIP software. Excellent for those cutting vinyl and doing printing. Very capable of doing runs of die-cut printed labels. We purchased new in late 2007; this model was discontinued in March of 2007. We added a bulk ink system several years ago to reduce our ink cost and it works great; our cost for ink went from $85 for a 440ml cartridge to $45 for a 500ml bottle. Actually like this ink better as it drys faster and has minimal odor. Machine has four insertable media rollers which. If you need to buy them, will cost you between $80-$100 each. Roland Versacamm SP 300. Print & Cut Eco Solvent plotter printer cutter
Roland SP300. Works! Heads OK! This is the original SP300. Unit is well used but prints correctly. These older Roland Units do require some TLC to get the best possible print. And this one is no exception. Unit was recently serviced by dealer. Has recently received new pinch rollers, new calibration strip, new liner calibration sensor. Has new dampers and caps. Occassionally will glitch on print and cut operations whereby it stops contour cutting. I haven't figured out this glitch yet so expect it from time to time. If your prints rarely need to be contour cut. Then you'll likely have few issues with this other than the normal TLC these older SP300's require. FYI. The later versions used 4 heads. This original ones use two heads and is the reason for the TLC. Black and Cyan use one head, Yellow and Magenta use the other head. ... moreThe issue is sometimes the colors cross contaminate and the solution is a deep clean cycle to purge the ink from the head and get fresh ink into the head.
