The plotter is in good shape. It was primarily used for die-cutting. So the ARMS works. The plotter doesn't cut completely accurately. Circles aren't truly round, and text smaller than 1" doesn't cut clean. The plotter generally works. But, something needs tweaking and I cannot find anyone to come on-site to work on it. I have since bought another Graphtec and this one is just in the way now. This plotter would be ideal for someone who already owns a Graphtec and has an intimate knowledge of the settings, or has a technician nearby willing to look at it. I'd love to keep it. But, I can't find anyone locally to look at it. And, the cost of shipping it off to be repaired is prohibitive. This unit is sold as-is. Low reserve.
