I don't think there is any major problems. But at this price, it is recommended you get a full tune up on this machine from a HP specialist, and a ink fill, inks are empty. HP Designjet 5500PS 42" Wide Format Color Printer Plotter - Hewlett Packard
This printer was working great up to about a week ago. The magenta printhead has gone bad and has air in the Ink System. The tube end to the magenta ink is broken off. It will need a new ink system which runs about $250. I am upgrading to a different printing system and am not willing to put the money into this one. If you know these printers they are easy to work on and someone could repair and have a fully functional printer with some time and money. I will take offers as well so shoot me a message. HP Designjet 5000ps 42" Color Plotter Model C6090Z
We have an HP Design jet 5000ps factory model C6090Z. This unit was remove from service. It has a few issues and is being sold"as is, non working, for parts or repair" It boots up fine, goes through is initializing phases, prints configuration page and color test page, cuts the paper fine. The paper seems to come out a little wrinkled, at one point it reads“Switch power off, check print head, cleaner path” There is a cover missing at the rear as shown in the photo. The configuration page text is ok, but the blue/cyan text looks a little faded. There is no damage to the unit, wheels intact and rolls good, cosmetic condition is excellent. Photo is not of actual unit, but is identical. Pictures or a 30 second video are available to serious buyers.

Used HP DesignJet 110Plus plotter. Has paper roll option installed. Unit worked the last time I used it but it is being sold as is or for parts. Missing trays and cover. The EIO port stopped working with the network card I had. Maybe it would work with a different one. I printed to it fine with a usb cable. Haven't used it in a while so I don't know the status of the printheads or ink. I replaced the printhead service station a few years ago. A piece on the front panel got chipped, so it now gives an error code"please close the right door" and will not bypass that to start printing. I have personally been printing ENGR"C" and"D" sized paper in black in white and it does a very nice job. It is also capable of printing in color but i do not use this feature so the print heads and cartridges would need to be cleaned or replaced.
