Used Heavy duty natural gas griddle. It does have a 110v plug for the pilot. This can be change to propane if you would like. You would have to purchase the conversion kit and do yourself. The overall dimensions are 36x33x25. This unit does have a backsplash all around. There is a sliding grease trap below the unit. This is THERMOSTAT control so you can set your temperature. Very good used condition on this Vulcan Snorkel range. This one is natural gas and has six burners with two 12" flat top grills on top. The bottom has a pair of convection ovens. This unit is used and shows signs of wear from service. The unit appears to be in good working order and was working at the time it was removed. This auction is for a Vulcan commercial gas stove with 3- 36' griddle and 3 burners w/oven. A comparable unit runs about $5.882.85 retail new. Unit is used. There are some heat stress marks and perhaps a few dings and scuffs that you would naturally expect from normal use/abuse in a busy restaurant. The unit is also heavy. Very very heavy and probably has more cast iron than stainless steel, so I don't think you'd want to pay shipping for this item. A strong pickup truck should be able to haul it just fine though.
