This is a set of Middleby Marshall PS360 Pizza Ovens. They are in fair condition with some normal wear and tear including scratches and dings. The ovens have been tested and they are working properly. We recently pulled them out of a local pizza chain that has closed for business. These ovens come with everything that you see pictured. There are crumb trays for the belts inside of the bottom oven. It is missing the motor cover for the bottom pizza oven. Which does not affect operation. These are PS360 Middleby Marshal Ovens that were used for a year after they were updated with digital temp controls in a Pizza Business that closed. So they are in excellent working condition. The Ovens are for sale locally so i reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Must leave a $500 deposit within 24 hours after the end of the auction, I recently moved both ovens using a 5x9 U-haul trailer. The trailer rents for $25 a day so it makes moving the ovens cheap and easy. I moved one oven at a time but it looks like they might be able to both fit on the trailer if the electric drive motors are removed.

We bought this oven a week or so back and it wasn't what my boss expected. He thought it had cover panels that are missing. So he is just trying to recoup the money he has into it. Before he realized that it was incomplete. He asked me to check out the functionality. The power switches in the front are bad. I bypassed them to determine what else if anything is wrong(They are still bypassed by the way. The convection fans fire up. The conveyor motor intermittently works. I think the brushes need to be changed but they are easy to access. The control board and buttons work but since the wires for the temp probes are broken, the control board thinks that the oven is over 900 degrees so the burners won't ignite. I have had the ovens in my pizza shop for 10 plus years these ovens have been great for my business! The reason i am selling the ovens is to upgrade to newer style wow ovens. Due to the high volume we do it will help out. I will be getting the new ovens in the next week or so. Middleby Marshall three-tier PS536 20" conveyor gas ovens
The ovens work great. But of the three, only one currently works. The second oven needs a new gear/sprocket that drives the conveyor belt(couple hundred bucks plus maybe an hour of labor) The third oven needs a belt replaced(belts are inexpensive. But the labor involved in replacing it on this model is extensive. The entire motor must be removed and reset. Several hours of work. I have a service call scheduled for next week to repair these items. After which the auction price will jump up to refurbished value.
