It is a bit older and has been used quite a bit. But is overall in pretty decent shape. It will need to be cleaned a decent bit before being put into service. For best idea of physical condition, see the photos below. Included with the oven is an Owner's operating& Installation manual. The oven is on a set of rollers that seem to roll pretty well. We connected the oven up to our 220V 3 Phase to try it out. We tested each oven out individually. Each oven immediately powered on. The front display panels worked and the fans came on. I was able to change the temperature setting of the oven and the current temperature seemed correct. The ovens quickly started to heat up once we set the desired temperature. I then adjusted the timer and the conveyor adjusted speed appropriately. From what I can tell the oven is in good working order. USED Middleby Marshall 47796 Conveyor Motor & 37737 Speed Controller PS360 PS570
This is for two parts. Both are cleaned. Reconditioned, and tested by me. First is a Middleby Marshall 47796 conveyor drive motor. This has a 1400:1 gear ratio. And is used on the model PS310, PS314, PS360, PS360Q, PS360S, PS360WB, PS360WB70, PS555G, PS570S conveyor ovens. This has been thoroughly cleaned, reducer checked for oil leaks, commutator cleaned, and new motor brushes installed(I'll include the old ones just to show) I'll also include the original drive sprocket that came with this motor, but it was from a PS360, so you may or may not need it. Second is a Middleby Marshall 37337 digital speed controller. This controller is used in almost all of the Middleby conveyor ovens(except the WOW model ovens) It cam be programmed for your model oven following the instructions printed on the front and setting the small dip switches ... moreas shown. The controller of course comes with the digital display as shown. Look at the pictures. These are both OEM parts with the Middleby name printed on the labels. These would be a great replacement part. Or a good spare to have on hand just in case. PLEASE NOTE that you need to read and follow the printed instructions for installation and operation. Follow the manual to make sure it is wired in correctly, or you may cause damage to the electronic boards inside. As with any other electronic part, if you wire it incorrectly you could damage the electronics inside, or other parts of your oven. These are PS360 Middleby Marshal Ovens that were used for a year after they were updated with digital temp controls in a Pizza Business that closed. So they are in excellent working condition. The Ovens are for sale locally so i reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Must leave a $500 deposit within 24 hours after the end of the auction, I recently moved both ovens using a 5x9 U-haul trailer. The trailer rents for $25 a day so it makes moving the ovens cheap and easy. I moved one oven at a time but it looks like they might be able to both fit on the trailer if the electric drive motors are removed.
