It has a brite"US" nameplate which appears to be solid brass and silver accenting on the casting names and rivet heads. The top is 52W X 36D X 33H. It's real cast iron- it weighs in the neighborhood of 400 lbs. The Vulcan-Hart company. With history back to 1865, still makes high quality $$$ commercial stoves today and the quality and lineage of this unit shows. Built in 1951 according to the nameplate on the side. It came with a 1947 house I purchased last year. According to the 87 year old previous owner, the unit was bought new and placed in the corner of the living room by his aunt during a 1952 renovation and hasn't moved since. He only used it for extra heating in that large room and never recalled actually burning wood in the unit, and I found only evidence of natural gas use. It comes with the stock"tools" poker, scraper etc. The unused heavy-ass firebox grating for burning solids is in the last photo. It was sitting in the bottom of the ash drawer. It is a bit dusty in the photos and it does have a light patina of rust color on the inside but I know most of that is due to the natural gas combustion residue. And there is no ash inside and very little soot in the flue. I decided to leave it all original and not try to restore it as that might change its value and it does in fact need very little cleaning and perhaps some paint inside to make it look like new again. I found no cracks, scratches, or damage of any kind when I inspected it, and I do feel confident in its excellent condition, but I am selling it as-is, no warranties. It will come with the carbura

Antique 1923, 1924, 1925 Alcazar Combination Dual Fuel Range Stove Gas Wood Coal
This is an incredible survivor! This range is from the 1923-1925 period. Based on the limited period resources I've seen. This rage is designed to work with solid fuel(coal or wood) as well as gas. It has four coal/wood burners on the left over the firebox, and four gas burners, and what appears to be a fifth tiny simmer burner. The solid fuel oven is on the bottom, and the top has a gas oven on the left with windows, and a broiler with all original pans on the right. It is incredibly(99.7% complete. It has all of its gas rails, burners, grates, oven racks, ash collector, even the lifters and ash shaker handles. The only things that I can see missing are a few(non proprietary so far as I can tell) bolts, and one hinge pin for the broiler door is a replacement. It has a couple of internal dampers built into it, and it sits on the original ... morecups that keep the legs from digging into your floors. The grey and white porcelain enamel is very beautiful, with a few minor blemishes. There is a chip near the left leg, and in the handle, as well as a couple at the base of the back panel. The glass in the oven thermometers is cloudy, but you can still make it out. They appear easy to remove. I haven't used it, so I can't verify the condition of the gas valves, just that they are present. Restored Antique Bridge Beach Superior Eureka Gas, Coal and Wood Stove Range
Beautifully restored circa 1923 Bridge Beach. Superior Eureka gas, coal and wood stove. I replated all of the nickel and the original blue and white finish is in beautiful condition, with a few blemishes. I only cooked on the wood side once, but I've used the gas side for the last few years and it works great. The thermostat in gas oven is actually quite accurate. The wood and coal part consists of four burners and the lower oven. Then there are the frour natural gas cooking burners and the one simmer burner on the right side. Up above on the left is the gas oven which is controlled by a very accurate thermostat. On ther right is the gas broiler. It is the most furocious broiler I've ever seen. Take a look at the picture. Congratulations to the New Owner of the Finest Gas Range Money Can Buy! Wow. Talk about a confident intro! Thus begins this care manual for a gas range by Wedgewood-Holly. The booklet goes on to sing the praises of this particular model, and gives cleaning instructions, hints and tips, even recipes! The kitschy, retro illustrations are done in 1950's flamingo pink and aqua, and includes a strange woman wearing glasses with a zombie-like expression on her face. Perhaps she's a berserk Betty Crocker? Regardless, this manual is in very good condition, and is a vintage, kitchen collectible. Wedgewood-Holly: King and Queen of the Western Ranges. There are two words and a date in pen at the bottom which is shown in the photo. It says, Trailer Stove 1960" It's actually helpful, as no date is given in the manual, so it is logical to assume that the date of publication is 1960 or thereabouts. The stapled binding is is secure and all pages are intact. The is NO writing at all inside the book, and NO soiling, stains, or creases. The pages are all bright and white. The two gas burners are real, and there is a hookup in the rear for a gas line so this could actually be hooked up and used. The aspect that keeps it from being a true salesman sample is that it has only two burners on the right side instead of the typical four one would find on a full size stove. I believe that these were models of the full size stoves offered. Sold to, or ... moregiven to buyers of real Tappan stoves. The idea being that the child of the buyer would take it home, play with it, and bond with it and the Tappan name. When the time came for that child to be in the market for a real full size stove those fond memories would come back. Singer used much the same marketing strategy with their line of miniature toy sewing machines that they offered around the same period. Create buyer/ customer loyalty any way you could-and the sooner or earlier the better! All in all this antique gas stove is in great condition. And has a great look and sense to it. Antique Home Comfort Gas and Wood Burning Range White
Wonderful antique Home Comfort gas and wood range. Facing it. The right side is a four burner gas range and the left side is a wood stove with three burners. The burner plates are down inside the stove. The enamel top on the left side opens to reveal the wood burners. When closed, it makes a great prep area. The front center is the gas oven. And the far right is a storage cabinet. The range is white enamel. Pretty and clean looking. It does have one ding as you can see in the photos. Antique Kenmore Gas Range and Grill
I am still using this Kenmore stove but the oven t hermostat quit on me and I have no way of baking. The oven lights but no setting the temperature. So I do know it needs a thermostat. The clock has a plug-in cord. But it does not work I lost the knob for the broiler pan inside the door. It measures 42 inches wide. Approx. 50 inches high and 27 inches in width. 4 top burners. And the Grill can be taken off and converted to a 5th burner. They all work really good The broiler works really good. PLEASE E-MAIL IF ANY QUESTIONS! I love to take items and clean them up. Antique. Probably from the early 1900's, Majestic 10 burner gas stove or range with double ovens. All metal. Stands on four ogee style feet. All the knobs and handles are there including the 2 porcelain controls. Model on the front plate says dd-210tt(as best I can make out. The tiles on the back splash are a later addition. Each oven door has a medallion that says Majestic and Short Order. Floor to the top of the back splash is 57 inches. Hot plate to the floor is 33 inches, front to back is 32 inches and it is 68 inches across the front including the gas inlets. All measurements are approximate. So it measures about 5 x 13.5 inches(it was a half page ad) It was carefully removed from the magazine and has been neatly trimmed. The page has curling/creasing on the lower right corner and scuffing at the top(see the scan) Otherwise it's in excellent condition, with bright colors and no tanning or yellowing from age. The pages are separated from the magazines by removing the glue from the binding to keep the ad in the best condition possible.
