On a sturdy laid paper stock with deckled edges, no watermark. Page size is approx 8.5 x 11, plate size is 8.25 x 6.25. The paper shows the signs of engraving under heavy pressure, this is not some sort of offset later copy, but a true engraving. Please examine the scans at the highest resolution to ascertain the numerous flaws in condition. I have tried to point most out with red arrows, they mostly include some scratches and puncture indentations, as well as a pinhole at the top center which I didn't arrow, light crease ... moreabout 2" long on left side, and foxing/soiling. While not signed, it is certainly identical except for size to the larger Marshal engraving of Lincoln.
