It must be given at least 6 hours for the water to evaporate away then MUST be sealed! There are many sites with instructions on how to apply a water based concrete dye. I offer no warranty! This is just a 5 gallon amount I had extra. The rest worked fine for me. I mixed with densifier. Square footage covered depends greatly on porosity of the concrete. But somewhere around 150 to 250 per gallon. 2 coats are required. No reserve! Retailed for more than $250.00.
