Comes with a plastic plate and original instruction sheet. The lower section is a chemical resistant polypropylene while the upper section is a shatterproof transparent polycarbonate. A molded groove in the flange holds an O-ring, full vacuum may be applied without fear of implosion. Self sealing three way stop cock with plug. Condition is lightly used with no flaws to be found.
