Up for sale is a Boekel Scientific Desiccator. Model 1340, hand crafted from Glass& Stainless Steel, with three sets of Rails, Cement Board shelf& Desiccator Tray. It measures approx 12" x 12" x 12" Including the handle, with a chamber size of approx 11 1/2" x 10" x 12" and a shelf size of 9.75" x 8" It also has what appears to be a grounding lug. It is in good used condition. Intact with some scuffs and scratches. There is some very minor corrosion that polishes out with 0000 Steel wool and one spot of very minor damage to gasket, but it still seals just fine. These sell for $1200 new and this is the cheapest one on ebay- don't let it get away!

With think being the key operative phrase, that it might be a model 1340 but I do NOT guarantee that to be the case. Glass door in front. Glass back of the cabinet, all the rest is stainless steel. Comes with two shelves which have a bit of rust on them. See the pictures. Also includes a catch tray at the bottom. Also stainless, also with some oxidation. So I would call the overall condition good but certainly not perfect. Should look right at home in your lab without having to make apologies for it. What you see is what you get. Up for sale is a Boekel 3-rack Desiccator. This is not a model that has climate control settings or anything that manipulates the internal environment of the unit. This unit would be perfect for laboratory. Or a school. The unit is used with some scratches on the metal exterior but it does not have many major defects. the locking mechanism works as it should and overall this is a decent unit.
