The 6 gold-tipped nibs are marked Osmiroid Copperplate England. They all appear to be unused. The also have size and writing style markings on the bases. Which can be seen in the pictures. The silver-tipped with blue base nib is marked Esterbrook 2556. Of the 5 white based nibs. 1 is unmarked. The remaining 4 are marked Platignum. The first one of those only has the number 84. The second is marked broad point and looks unused. The third one is marked medium straight and has been used. The fourth is the one with the blue ink and is marked B2. Old Large BELMONT Fountain Pen, circa 1920s-30s, Orange, sold by Rexall Stores.
This is an old Belmont Fountain Pen. A large men's pen measuring 5.44 inches long when capped and.51 inches in diameter. It is Orange with gold-filled trim and a clear red end on the cap. The Belmont pens were sold by the Rexall Drug Stores in the 1920s and 1930s. I don't know where they were manufactured, but I assume in the United States. This pen has a lever filler and a new sac and is in working condition. I see no cracks or chew marks but it looks like someone has tried to scratch an initial on the end of the cap. The gold nib has a fine writing point. An overall very nice pen that may need a new seal as I couldn't get it to suck up any water when tested.
