Working unit. Handle maybe not original. We bought this from ebay for $1500. We were intending to make some of our magnetic laser sights using this press because the platens are stable. We would have used it to press flat steel shapes into formed box shapes. This was not possible so we no longer need this item. I would not normally sell this but. Our company is under financial pressure. I am fascinated with this item. I will dismantle the whole unit- drain the oil and discard the oil- a good policy anyway since you will be starting afresh with this press and a requirement for shipping using UPS Ground I will send in TWO packages- one the heavy cast base. The other- the rest of the unit. I may even send in three packages. Why? To save shipping costs and to reduce risk of dropping whilst being shipped. I will insure package also.
