Paint, and stickers. The wheels still roll, the mixer drum still rotates, and the rear section still tilts back. This truck is in good condition, but the original yellow paint does show wear from play(please see condition description and pics) The bottom of the van is stamped"Tonka; it measures about 4.75" long, 2-1/8" wide, and 3" tall.
