Dumore makes very high quality tools and these grinders have been around forever and are still made today. Used on lathes and other equipment for internal and external grinding. It has a"T" bolt set up for mounting on a machine and comes with the original carrying case. The grinder also bolts into the case for safe transport and storage. This grinder is in great condition. Shows little use and has been well cared for. Runs great and is very smooth. Can shift belt on the pulleys for different speeds. Has an original Dumore belt. Case is also in great shape. There are 3 belts, misc nuts, bolts, washers. The hold town is here and the slot holders are in good shape. There are 3 misc belts. All are used I believe but in usable condition. There are MANY wheels that go with the grinder. There is a I.D. Grinder attachment and 5T-300 ID, OD spindle in good condition. The motor runs good and smooth. The frame has been welded to a fixed position but can easily be cut and smoothed off or repainted. NO PROBLEMS. but we are leaving the weld! It can be cut easily and be seen in pictures. Used Doall Tool Post Grinder Type J45 In Excellent condition. Comes with Extra Belts. Stones,Pulleys, Mandrels, Collet, and More. Unit is sold as used but I don't think it has been used more than once or twice we acquired this unit in a large shop we bought and we have never used it, we have had it for about three years. Here we have a beautiful genuine swiss tool grinding attachment for the 102 lathes.This grinder can easily be adapted to most any lathe( Habegger. Emco- Maier, Mirkron, Jet, Wahli, etc. with a swing of 7,8 9, or even 10 inches. As you can see in the photos the quill is capable of being moved in any direction including an adjustment in degrees which gives a unlimited range of grinding possibilities. The grinding quill is top quality swiss made. The carbide-faced spindle has a maximum speed of 12,000 r.p.m. To drive the tool-post-mounted grinding attacment(included) a drive(photo) can be mounted on any lathe by the use of a cast-iron trumpet bracket that can be bolted on any flat surface. It is using a 150 r.p.m. 0.2 kw motor with a special switch carried an a bracket that clamps to the vertcalbar of the belt tensioning attachment. The unit is driven by a 6 mm polycord belt.
