This is a true machine age piece from a real machine shop in rural Ohio. It was resurfaced by the original manufacturer in 1960. It measures 18" by 24" and is 4" thick. It has two chips on an underside edge(see 3rd photo) Otherwise no damage anywhere. The stand is shop-made. From welded angle iron, and is the same age as the stone. Czechoslovakia Small Plate Orange and White Very Reflective Surface by KMP
Small orange and white plate with black trim. About 7½" across. Very reflective under the paint, giving it an almost mother of pearl look. The bottom has a crown with KMP in the center of it, a stylized"W" below the crown, and Czhecoslovakia below that. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks that I could find, but there are some lighter spots in the orange where the color may have been rubbed off? Not sure, this isn't my area of expertise.
