Model# 823E Features: The Starrett 823 Series Micrometers are highly useful tools for internal linear measurements such as measuring cylinders. Rings, setting calipers, comparing gages and measuring parallel surfaces. The extension rods are made of steel tubing. Light in weight, yet extremely rigid. This set was owned by a deceased relative who was a machinist, so I don't know much about it. Upon inspection, the tools appear to be in very good condition.
