We found this album of vintage photos(most probably from the 1910s to the 1930s) In one of those peel and stick 1960s albums. Luckily, they come off easily so they can be removed and put on better paper. We have scanned the pages because the captions are beneath most of the photos and if you don't want to keep them, you can dispose of them upon receipt or we can discard them and send only the photos. Pony MT is a small town with a history of mining and a booming economy for a period of time from the gold rush era. It is considered now to be a ghost town. Several of the circa 1920s or 1930s photos on these pages appear to have been taken by a family going back to visit after Pony was in its decline. With snapshots of old friends or relatives they knew back when they lived there or there relatives lived there. These photos are in overall ... moregood condition. The grinder is in good Condition considering its age with a lovely aged patina. A repaired damage ans some small dents on the brass and the paint has some chips. There are two chips on the left side of the top; also a split in the top at the rear of the grinding mechanism; see photos. Dove-tail construction. Wooden(possibly bamboo) carving of man working a grain mill. Figure is approximately 2 inches high. Base is 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. Very light wood. It weighs about.3 ounce. The piece is one of a group that my aunt purchased when she was working with UNRRA in the Chang sha province of China in the mid 1940's. They were intended to give her nephews an idea of the way the Chinese lived at that time.

This beautiful hand crafted angel is made from crushed pecan shells. It is 6.5 inches tall. It is number 12 of a 2500 limited edition by Pam Talley Stoneburger. It is in perfect condition. The original Red Mill Mfg. went out of business in 2001 due to the death of one of its owners. At the time of closing they were located in Fishersville Virginia. Vintage Coffee Grinder Vintage table or shelf-mounted coffee grinder. Still in usable condition. This model is labeled'Universal~012~Coffee Mill-Pat. Feb.14. 1905- Landers. Frary& Clark, New Britain, Conn. USA' The main part of the coffee mill is made of cast iron with a black finish. The hopper area seems to be made of tin. There are also some brass fixtures and a wooden handle. Patent dates. As well as the company name are embossed into the cast iron on both sides of the unit. Fits onto any shelf or table with a 1.5" or smaller width. The entirety of the piece is from 16.5" to 17.5" long. Depending on whether the screw at the bottom is tight or loose. The top. hopper' area measures 4.5" across and is 6.25" long. It looks like you could fit at least 2 or 3 pounds of coffee beans into it at a time. ... moreThis piece most likely had a lid to it. At one time but there was none when we acquired it. This model did not come with a receptacle for the ground coffee. But the owner would place their own'catcher' beneath the spout. I would say this in in very good vintage condition. There is some paint loss and light rust on the tin. Hopper area, but the label is still easily readable. The 7" long arm turns with ease. And the 3" wooden handle is in great shape. The table-mount screw also turns with ease and the unit does affix quite securely to a shelf. There is a warm patina to the cast iron and some light rust. But most of the shiny black paint/enamel is still there. There are some small dots or splotches of what looks to be white paint. To me. This particular vintage grinder has a lovely design and not too big of a footprint, and would look great in any antique kitchen display situation. In the first photo. I have tried to show what it might look like if grouped with similarly aged items. Please make sure that it will fit the shelf on which you intend to mount it. Zassenhaus was established in 1867. And has since held the highest standards in functionality and quality of products. Many people consider them the finest of all coffee grinders and even though considered an antique, this gorgeous porcelain coffee grinder is still as functional as when it was made. T he coffee grinder itself is attached to a carved board that is attached to a wall with four(4) screws. The hopper at the top has a tight fitting lid and the hopper will hold a large amount of your favorite bean. Simply grind the crank and the coffee falls into a clear glass catchment that is easily removed with the flick of the wrist and an outward motion. This lovely antique is in very good condition with only a few marks of the paint on the top of the lid and the leather tape on the handle is unravelling. Here is a nice vintage Wear-Ever number 462 aluminum ricer with a stand and wooden masher. The cone is 8 inches wide at the top and 9 inches tall. The masher is 11.25 inches long. The stand is 9.25 inches tall. Stand and cone together are 11.25 inches tall. The legs detach to take up less room in storage. This stands up higher than newer models. Which is nice because you don't have to empty your bowl as often. The cone and stand are in excellent condition. With no dents in the cone and very little discoloration. There are some scratches.
