I bought this unit in the mid-80’s and it has seen only light occasional use in my home hobby shop since then. The guy I bought it from said he replaced at least one of the lead screws and I think the spindle bearings. I then took everything apart. Cleaned and painted it, and rebuilt the top side of the head. I replaced the backgear bearings and put a really nicely balanced Baldor 110/220 V single phase motor on it(presently wired for 110 V) The 32” table has an X-Axis Servo Feed(with a 4” table extension I made with this mill) a Wesco Kwik Cool Spray Mist, and work light. Back-gear and three speed power down feed(0.006, 0.003, 0.0015”rev) with down and up stop trips works fine. Finally, ... moremost old mill round ram mills like this are dished in the center from wear. I bought this mill because it had the lowest spindle to table TIR(see below) of all the mills I looked at. Also included are mixed lot of 9 R8 collets and about 5 lbs of end mills in varying condition. Smith Silver Co. Bridgeport Conn. Early 20th Century Food Dome. I have not polished this dome as I wanted to keep it with it's original patina. On the inside there is one triangle pointing left and one triangle pointing right with an s in the middle and Silver Soldered underneath it. Underneath that. Is the number 800 and 10in, as shown in photo's. This Food Dome has elongated raised lines with a beautiful patina that comes with age. On the front of the dome is a stamp that has some type of bird at the very top surrounding a flower or plant. This part is hard to define due to the age, but I have photo's so that you may see for further examination. It is a beautiful piece of history for collection or for serving food. Happy Bidding!

Bridgeport#1-57-0480 This is a No.30 NMTB Taper Tool Pre-Setting Fixture that was used with Bridgeport CNC milling machines that used the Erickson Quick Change Tooling and 30 Taper spindle. It is equipped with a 1" travel Starrett micrometer head with a friction thimble. Please see the Erickson tooling drawing for dimensions. This has been unused and sitting on a shelf since the mid 1980's. In excellent condition. Copy of tooling drawing included. The package measures 9" x 14" x 15" high. Bridgeport Gear Box Power Feed, For either Parts or Repair and Use
A local Vocational Trade School is in the process of closing its Machine Shop program. As a result there will be an assortment of Tools and Accessories available for sale. I will list these items as they are released for disposition. I will do my best to describe these items as accurately as possible. However. Sale is final so please feel free to a sk any questions that you might have. Thank You One of the satellite machine shops is presently being liquidated. The Lathe Chucks. Face Plates and other miscellaneous tools that have been in storage are now being released for disposition. Offered here is a Bridgeport Gear Box Power Feed that was apparently slated to be reconditioned and installed on one of the Bridgeport Milling Machines. However. The program closed prior to the work being completed. Following is my assessment of the power feed ... morebased on my visual inspection: I opened up the cover in order to inspect the gears and shafts. Everything looked fine. I did not notice any broken gear teeth and the shafts and brackets looked good. The only thing that will need attention is that the Hi-Lo gears are stuck in position. This gear box has been sitting unused for a long time so I don't know if it is stuck on the key or dirt, but it will need to be freed up. That looks to be the only issue, other than that it needs a good cleaning and lubrication. The motor drive is a Master 1/8 H.P. Motor. It is wired for 440 volts/ 3 phase. I did not see the motor under power and I have no way to test it. The shaft spins freely. Other than that I can not give an opinion as to condition. All in all this looks like it would be well worth the effort to put it into full operating condition. If it is needed for parts that would work as well. I have the screw that was used with this box, it looks a little worn but it is offered at no additional cost except for the cost of packing and shipping.

The Rebel is in the bottom of its box. Box says"DR2401" Silver 1oz It's in pretty good shape. Small skin marks on one side. The Helin Tackle Flatfish is in its own box and is in pretty good shape. Slightly barked up at the nose. It measures 4.5 inches. The Bridgeport Diamond Jig is about 3 7/8 inches long. Still has the sticker on it. A little dinged up but hooks still sharp. The Krocodile spoon is about 3.25 inches in length. It's silver with a blue stripe on front. Some of the blue has worn off. The Cristy 1 is in excellent shape. It measures 3.5 inches in length. Old Armstrong pipe threader screw handle 205 Bridgeport CT
Nice old Armstrong 205 pipe threader in great condition. I did not try to clean this at all so it may or may not look better than pics. I will do my best to describe this but please feel free to ask me anything at anytime. Much of the black paint on the tool is present. The cutters appear damage free and sharp. The left cutter has 1 and the right 2. I am assuming inches but I may be wrong. The left side also has 1 1/4 11 1/2 and the right has 1 11 1/2. The twist off handle is in nice shape.
