What we have here is a used McIntosh MCD7005 CD Player. This was the improved version(with added features) of first CD player that sounded smooth enough for vinyl lovers(the MCD7000) I plugged in a pair of headphones and put in a CD. The sound was so smooth! This player is really as good as I remember. Yes. A new McIntosh CD player would have more detail to the sound, but no greater smoothness or ease of listening…and a new one would cost several thousand dollars. ... moreTHE BAD NEWS… If the mechanics go bad. It cannot be fixed. The parts are no longer available. I played several of my CDs and it played through just fine. And sounded fantastic. But be aware that if it stops working. Or even starts skipping, there are no repairs, returns, refunds, exchanges, or anything. Just sympathy. This could happen in ten years. Next year, next week, or the moment you receive it. I just want you to know the whole truth and nothing but the truth. As I said. It played beautifully for me, and the previous owner, who had no issues with it. This is a SOLID player. The drawer is METAL. The transport is the PHILIPS transport that represented the best-of-the-best. The transport has a spring suspension against shock. This player has such an unbelievable ability to play through disc defects that McIntosh put a“DISC DEFECT” light on it. It flashes when playing through disc defects so you know to return the disc(if new) I remember I had a disc with HOLES DRILLED IN IT and the MCD7005 could play right through the disc. Gently used high end Eastman Signature 4/4 violin with master set-up. Including case, advanced bridge, Evah Pirazzi gold strings and a pernambuco bow for the advancing, ambitious violin student. This is an Eastman strings(Maryland) Signature Series Violin, 2006 model, presumably of German origin. The advanced set-up was done by Shar at an extra cost of 200$, the bow is nice quality Meinel bow(100$ retail but sound equivalent to a much more expensive bow) the case is a hard case originally priced at 150$. Several soloists have noted that the violin set-up is quite good and the price very reasonable for a student violin. Makes a very nice, sweet sound and has great projection. VINTAGE 1965 MAGNATONE HURRICANE BASS GUITAR. ALL ORIGINAL. KILLER SOUNDING!
Up for sale today is a 1965 Magnatone Hurricane X-10 bass. It is a killer sounding. Full scale, American made bass from the mid 60's. I honestly think these represent the best value you can find when looking for a vintage bass. This is a high quality, full scale bass. On par with anything Fender was making at the time. Not only are these a lot cheaper than a'65 precision, they are a lot rarer. Your choices are pretty limited if you're looking for a vintage bass that isn't short scale and these have sort of flown below the radar for years now. This bass both plays and sounds great. There is a little relief to the neck but the action is good and the truss rod turns freely. It has had flatwounds on it it's whole life so there is no fret wear. The chrome is shiny on the bridge and pickup covers and the original felt string ... moremute moves up and down as it should. This one is 100% original. It also has a long ago, somewhat crudely added ground wire, as shown in the photos. It could easily be removed as it is just held in place by one of the screws in the bridge but I decided to leave it. First off because it serves it's purpose and second as a tribute to the old timer who put it in. He wanted his bass grounded and by golly, he grounded it. As you can see, the finish has dings, scrapes, scratches, checking, flaking and some serious buckle rash on the back. It may be worn but it's all original and is a very cool and rare yellow with gold flecks. The original hard case is in decent used condition. Overall, this is a fantastic sounding example of a very rare vintage bass. I am always happy to accept returns if an item is not as described. Up for sale is a vintage Peavey T-40 electric bass. It sounds great and plays good. People are starting to catch on but these old Peavey's are still a great deal for a vintage bass. This one is 100% original. The action is perfectly good but not amazing. I really enjoy playing it set up as it is but with all vintage guitars. You may want to get it set up to your liking. It has 2 cosmetic issues that don't effect anything. There appears to have been a sticker or something on the front of the bass and there is glue residue where it was. On the back, by the neck plate, the bass seems to have been scraped pretty badly and the finish has been touched up where the scrape was. A decent job was done and it's not very noticeable and it's on the back so who really cares. I have tried to show both of these issues in the photos. Vintage Gibson L-00 acoustic guitar w/ original case pre-war lively sounding
This vintage Gibson L-00 was originally purchased at a vintage guitar show years ago after a few of us played various guitars and chose this one as the most lively with no dead notes. It's in great condition being the age of it. I'm not sure if it's a 1934 or a few years later but a guitar expert using his guide told me it was a 1934 according to a reference book. It comes with the rare original case with the red strip along the side. The action is good but it could use a setup from a great luthier.

Let me begin by saying that I purchased two pair of these speakers new. I am keeping one pair and selling the other. Regarding the pair I'm selling. With the exception of a slight blemish on the rear of one of the speakers(see picture) have kept them in near perfect condition. One of the things that makes these speakers so rare is that they are sequentially serial numbered(ser#s 1195& 1196) At the time I purchased them I owned a recording studio and, in terms of equipment, I always invested my resources in the best equipment money could buy. These Genelecs are a prime example of this. It is unusual to find a pair of these speakers that haven't been beaten around as part of some rental house's inventory. Check out the Pictures! Remarkably, there are NO nicks. Dents, cracks, or dings on this 30 year old Early K. Just a great patina built up and a pinch of tape residue that both wonderfully darken& dry out the ... moretone and beef up the stick attack. There has been much debate on whether or not EAKs were hand hammered. Cogent arguments have been made for both sides. Feel free to write if you have any info. What is certain is that EAKs are definitely different than today's Zildjian K. The lathing is thinner and they appear to be more heavily hammered. Also the bell has a sloping contour-it's much lower. And in general. They are more organic sounding. I have always been a big fan of the EAKs. SOUNDFILE COMING AS SOON AS ONE IS RECORDED! Weighing in at a lovely 3304 grams this EAK plays like a fantastic semi-DRY Medium or Medium Heavy Ride. The tone of the bell is remarkably solid-especially for an EAK. And it CUTS. As you migrate down to the plain of the cymbal you get a PROMINENT Medium to Medium Low Pitched well-balanced stick attack that cuts beautifully and STILL remains subtle and musical. The ensuing wash is Classic EAK. Fairly dark, organic and definitely focused-compliments of the great 30 year old patina that has befriended this 22" This Zildjian has the PERFECT stick/wash ratio.I would not call it dead dry, but the stick attack definitely resides above the wash. Very clean looking and sounding lectrosonics UCR 195 wireless mic system use IFB
Nice wireless mic system ready to use. It come switch leather bag. Ac power( both of those not seen in pics cause who really cares about them) but NO mic. It is a TA5f mic and those start at $45 on ebay. It has a long range and has suited me well for over 2 years. Both have antennas and gain output knobs. It is a fixed frequency of 582.350 mhz. These can be used as a mic, or wireless to camera with right cable, or wireless IFB if used with right cable and inline audio dryer( not provided) What that means is buy an audio dryer from tai audio. Put it inline with xlr input and pit that into transmitter with ta5f cable to XLR and use transmitter to send dry audio to reciever. Thsi modle is one of the few that has a 1/8 audio port so you can hear the audio. Tape 3 c47's on reciever and hook on talent. Wireless ifb. This would go great with ... moreyou arri.
