4.9 inch. Storz Plastic Surgery Webster needle holder( 19 mm. special hard jaws)
I used this needle holder till i recently retired as a Plastic Surgeon. If i saw this it at a manufacturer's booth i would think it was new. I found it very useful for fine sutures like 6-0.7-0. It has ring handle with ratchet lock and a smooth jaw. I am sure you will like it if not return it.
