The had double a batterys in them and had been setting a long time and they all looked like the one with the cover on top, all were wrapped on top. I took the battery's out and cleaned the post and 3 of them work however I scratched off some of the coating on 2 of them while holding them to get the cap off the bottom. I fell in love with it years ago; recently I replaced the old filter capacitors in the refurbishing project. Then everything changed. I gotta downsize. A glance at the innards reveals wax paper caps everywhere. These need to be replaced! They leak after all these years. I do it one leg at a time. One cap at a time to keep it real. There is a manual for this online as well. A note about the On photo- I took this when the horizontal was line linked. And it gave us a horizontal line. I took the pictures then plugged it in again to get that line and touch the input; all we got was a dot this time. On a brighter note, the dot made a distinct vertical line with my touch input.
