Listed is a vintage Martin D-18S s Dreadnaught guitar. This is a relatively rare 12-frets to the body Martin slot head Dreadnaught guitar. Serial number 380312, manufactured in 1975. In 1975. Martin made 3,069 14-fret D-18s, but only 90 D18-S 12 fret instruments. 1) These 12-frets to the body guitars are much brighter than their 14-fret Dreadnaught brethren. And require a tad less pressure to fret. The body is mahogany; the fret board and bridge are rosewood. Martin 1970’s guitars are known to have a misplaced bridge– causing intonation problems. Martin later recognized this error and moved the bridge under warranty for original owners. The original owner of this guitar did not make use of this service. But Steven Sasqui of Salmon River Guitars, an authorized Martin Repair Center luthier, made a new bridge for it and located it properly, ... moreand included a compensated saddle. Steven Sasqui described the instrument as follows when he sold it to me. And I fully concur. In all my years with guitars I have rarely seen one in such fine condition. The action is low for finger style playing. The frets have hardly any wear and there are only a few dings… A truly remarkable instrument. It has a lot of finish checking on the top. But no issues. The only changes I have made since buying this instrument are to treat it to a set of correct Martin black ebony bridge pins(the white ones that it came with are in the case) And to buy it a nice used period-appropriate Martin black with tan interior thermoplastic case. The neck is straight. The action is low, and the bridge is tight. These maps have been a real challenge to locate information about online. They are not in circulation and the only copies I could find are in the Robinson Map Library. They were done by the Unites Stated National Imagery and Mapping Agency in Maryland. Both maps are in good. But not perfect condition. There are no tears, marks or creases in them, they have just been sitting in a tube for many years and some of the edges show this. They would look awesome framed in a nautical themed room or a man room. You can find more information at the Wisconsin Library website. The first map is numbered 97148 and is labeled Japan. ADC Sound Shaper SS-315X. Excellent sounding eq. That does not detract from the sound of a high end system. I've used this in tape loop of my Quad ESL63 system, and I can't make out when its in the loop. Great for correcting speaker anomalies, very few speakers are truly flat) or correcting for lousy recordings. The subsonic also helps for old/warped LPs, and prevents subs from thumping. Not much to say about the unit condition. It works fine. For the younger crowd. ADC was a well respected high end company in CT, most famous for its phono cartridges(still considered to be among the best moving magnets) and an excellent tonearm. Sessions Tambour Clock, Really nice Mellow Sounding Strike
This is a nice example of a Sessions Tambor clock. Probably late 1890's to early 1900's. Finish is very nice. Porcelain dial with a slight blemish at the 12:00 o'clock position. Included in the pictures is one pointing out the defect. Someone has repaired it and it does not look to bad, but is there. The clock strikes on the hour and 1/2 hour with a very mellow strike. The clock is 17" W, 5 1/4" D, 17" H. Small brass feet on the clock base. As with all clocks it is running now but may need to be set in beat when it arrives to you, so no guaranties, but it will be packed so that it will arrive safely depending on the delivery company. Great sounding Masco 3 input MA-17PN PP 6L6 Tube Guitar Amp head
For sale is this great sounding Masco MA-17PN tube amp with a strong pair of vintage 6L6GA output tubes and all the other tubes are included. Has bottom. But no top cover. Everything works, but there is some noise while turning channel 1 and bass above 7/10 of way up. Once you set the volume and tone, The amp is pretty quiet for its age. We also tried wiggling all the tubes when it was on- this caused no noise. All the sockets are tight and making good contact. It has an RCA input jack for phono input. And round communications jacks on the side for the higher gain inputs 1-2. For no extra fee, we could wire input 1 to. A 1/4 jack for guitar on the front. Or left side. We added a 47 uF power supply cap, and ran amp for a while. Being old, we recommend replacing the coupling caps driving the 6L6s(we could do this free with 0.08uF instead of ... more0.1 uF 630v caps if you request this) We also could throw in a free adapter to let you plug 1/4" guitar effects boxes. Into the phono input. An unamplified guitar would be better going in inputs 1-2 after we install a 1/4" input for channel 1. But an effects stomp box could be patched into the RCA input.

This Linn Adikt is a very musical MM cartridge that is still produced by Linn. Great value for the money. Under 100 hours use: the cantilever is straight and stylus sharp-looks almost like new under a magnifier. At this price it is a bargain. It’s musical and perfectly voiced to capture the beautiful LP12′s bass and husky midrange. So it will work with just about any phono stage. The Adikt is also an MM cartridge in which a small magnet attached to the stylus moves up and down. Attached to the cartridge body is a fixed set of coils that generate the musical signal. The Adikt has a beautiful midrange with a nice soft musical high range. Excellent and true to the music with none of that silly audiophile look at me treble etching and overblown soundstaging.
