Hello. Here i have a vintage Silvertone 1484 amp head up for sale. These are great amps and will blow away any new production tube amp in terms of depth, warmth, 3d sound, and overall tone. These are one of the best values remaining in vintage amps. This amp has all the original stuff- it hasn't been bastardized or robbed of the vintage stuff that give the old amps the"mojo" The filter caps appear to have been changed at some point- my amp tech checked it out and gave it a clean bill of health. The tubes are original and the amp sounds spectacular. It have some obvious damage to the cabinet in the lower corner- i bought it this way. The reverb does not work as most of these don't. These maps have been a real challenge to locate information about online. They are not in circulation and the only copies I could find are in the Robinson Map Library. They were done by the Unites Stated National Imagery and Mapping Agency in Maryland. All three maps are in good. But not perfect condition. There are no tears, marks or creases in them, they have just been sitting in a tube for many years and some of the edges show this. They would look awesome framed in a nautical themed room or a man room. You can find more information at the Wisconsin Library website. The first map is numbered 14088 and is of Bedford Basin. Perfect horn for ballads and/or recordings and at affordable price $ It does have an incredible flugelhorn sound.This one was made by Olds in Fullerton Ca. This flugelhorn is in still in good shape and great playing shape. It`s been play tested. Yes it does show lots of signs of playing and age. Has few shallower dents around.Please see photos.Valve cups and valve section probably not original. Horn just has been washed and cleaned the the best of my abilities at home. So to pistons those show external wear but I believe that with heavier chemical clean all of that would go away.
