Brand new bulbs in both the 25020 Otoscope head and 11610 Ophtalmoscope head. These are the latest version heads. Insufflation port is present on the otoscope. Lenses are clear. Rheostat turns well and functions. Small permanent market lettering"S/N T004" present on left side of device as shown. Small scattered scuffs as shown. A new Welch Allyn 52401 deluxe specula dispenser is included with the auction. Please refer to the photos primarily for cosmetic condition. A built-in.
