This brochure is not dated but looks to be from the 1890s so I'd date it to around 1895 or so. The machine is titled C.W. Hottman's Patent Steam Stuffer and the R.T. Randall& Company of Philadelphia is listed as sole agents. Antique ENTERPRISE MFG. No.35 Sausage Stuffer Patented APRIL 10. 1888, and JULY 11, 1876. This piece is in absolutely beautiful condition. There is a little chipped paint and rust around one of the feet and a couple scratches. The lady I bought this from said this came out of her grandfathers general store and has been in her basement sense they closed the store and that it was in all original condition. Except she did say that her husband cleaned the rust off of the small plate. Everything works nice and smooth, the handle has no damage. The only thing I did to it is wipe the dust off. Please see all the pictures as they are a big part of the condition and description. This is very heavy 49 lbs plus the reinforced box or crate so the shipping might be a little high but I don't make anything on shipping so what it cost is what you will ... morepay.
