Here is a really nice Enterprise sausage stuffer also used as a fruit or wine press. The basket weld is broken and the tube is dented but it is still usable. The pieces you see in the pictures are all included in this auction. The paint on this piece is still very good. I haven't seen one in this good of shape in a long time. I believe this is a 6 quart stuffer. It measures 17" high with the plate all the way down and the basket measures about 6" across It is a very heavy piece. ANTIQUE CAST IRON SAUSAGE STUFFER MOUNTED ON BOARD. This is an antique cast iron and steel sausage stuffer or press mounted on a hardwood board. It appears to be complete with the exception of a missing screw to hold the crank tightly and it does have some wear and paint chips typical for kitchen items of this age. The gear works easily when turned with the crank and probably with a little cleaning and a new screw should still work. The press measures approximately 25" long x 4" wide mounted on a 5 1/2" wide x 23" long board. There is no markings on the press to indicate the name of the manufacturer or it's exact age. Antique ENTERPRISE MFG. No.35 Sausage Stuffer Patented APRIL 10. 1888, and JULY 11, 1876. This piece is in absolutely beautiful condition. There is a little chipped paint and rust around one of the feet and a couple scratches. The lady I bought this from said this came out of her grandfathers general store and has been in her basement sense they closed the store and that it was in all original condition. Except she did say that her husband cleaned the rust off of the small plate. Everything works nice and smooth, the handle has no damage. The only thing I did to it is wipe the dust off. Please see all the pictures as they are a big part of the condition and description. Dents, or repairs, looks to be the original handle, I did some cleaning on it and sprayed it with cooking spray to keep from any more rust, there is a bit of surface rust on the inside. With a bit of elbow grea se will look like new. Most of the Paint is missing looks like this was a worker in it s time. The Gears move easy and the whole thing opens with a little pressure. Up for auction is an antique 4 quart Enterprise sausage stuffer/ fruit press in very good condition. It comes with all the parts shown in the pics. It has been sand blasted. Primed and painted satin black with gold lettering. It has 2 patent dates of 1876 and 1883. There are no breaks or repairs anywhere on the cast iron. The wood handle has been cracked and repaired with epoxy and seems solid. The crank turns freely with no issues and the gears are in good shape. The inside was sand blasted but not painted.

Vintage/Antique Hale’s Genuine Russell & Erwin Heavy Cast Iron Sausage Stuffer
You are bidding on one lot of one seemingly very old sausage stuffer or maybe grinder. There are two tags on the top. One says Hale’s Genuine with a logo underneath. And the other says Made By Russell& Erwin New Britain, Conn. USA. This is not a particularly large machine, measuring about 8” long not including the handle and spout, about 5.5” across, and about 4” high, but it is incredibly heavy for its size, due in part to the cast iron body and very large steel jaws inside. It has four feet to mount to the workspace, a long detachable handle, a closing clasp, and a spout for your sausage casing. I have not made sausage with this but the handle and grinding wheels turn freely. And it opens and closes fine. OF NOTE is that it has a serious coating of either decades old animal fat. Or grease, or combination, or something similar and is ... morevery dirty/grimy. The silver lining is that this coating has kept it pretty much rust free but it needs a solvent or similar. I was able to get some of it off by scrubbing with dishwashing liquid, but it needs something stronger I think. The handle will be removed for shipping. Overall a neat old kitchen appliance in good working condition that I have not seen before. Please email me with any questions prior to bidding. Antique Cast Iron National 4Qt Sausage Stuffer lard wine fruit cider press c1897
I have up for sale wonderful antique patent dated 1897 National Specialty Mfg Co 4 quart Cast Iron Sausage stuffer/ wine press. It comes with both the small and large press plates. The strainer plate and basket, spout horn and holder. There is one additional part that I have not seen before, its some sort of fastening device but I am not sure how it was intended to be used. Firstly the stuffer is in Outstanding Original Condition! There are no damages: no breaks. No cracks, no repaints, the stencil and paint is original and in great shape, the only wear to the paint to speak of is located on the lower front of the tub near and around the tub's hole. The stuffer cranks easily and smoothly as well. You may need to clean the interior of the tub prior to use. This is a very easy stuffer to clean because the tub removes so easily. Much easier ... morethan an Enterprise. I am not sure what the function of the latch has, it does not hold anything from moving so I do not understand what its intended usefulness is. I have an up close view shown in one of my pics. The stuffer stands approx 17" tall with the screw all the way down. It weighs well over 30 lbs. I will package with great care. Single cylinder grinding models and dates back to the 1800's. It has four legs to mount to any surface, and a clasp to release the top from the bottom. Condition: In very good. Properly working vintage condition. The wooden part of handle has some wear and a crack and still functions well, but if needed could easily be replaced. Does have some light surface rusting but that is always remedied well with steel wool. The inside is free from rust, but does have some dirt and needs to be cleaned. I have up for sale wonderful antique circa early 1900s Landers. Frary, Clark UNIVERSAL 8 Quart Sausage Stuffer/ wine, fruit, lard,cider,press. It comes complete with all the accessories: both the large and small press plates, strainer basket and bottom plate, horn spout and lock nut,etc. This is a Top of the Line Outfit, none nicer than this model. Its all original and in just superb shape. The small plate is approx 7-7/8" and the large plate approx 8-1/8" the small one fits inside the basket, obviously the larger one does not. The stuffer is in Outstanding Original Condition! There are no damages: no breaks. No cracks, no repairs, etc-the paint appears to be original and is in great shape. There is some normal minor light wear as one would expect but overall its a dandy. The stuffer cranks easily and smoothly. Hello.Up for auction is a fully functioning antique cast iron Enterprise Mfg Co. 4 quart sausage stuffer, or press. All parts are there(removable handle, small plate, large plate, stainer basket, strainer plate, original aluminum sausage stuffer spout, with cast iron nut) It is in as found condition. The basket holds 4 quarts and measures about 7" high and 7" in diameter. The entire apparatus is about 24" tall when fully open. This device is fully functioning, the gears and handle easily turn, and it easily opens and closes. He claimed that his machine with arranged grooved cylinders that revolved in a cast ribbed case would grind and mince articles passing through it better than others. For your consideration is a fully functioning antique cast iron Enterprise Mfg Co. 4 quart sausage stuffer. Or press. Parts include a press plate, strainer basket, strainer plate, and press. This was an estate find over 10 years ago and has been carefully stored until now. The basket holds 4 quarts and measures about 7" high and 7" in diameter. The entire apparatus is about 24" tall when fully open. The lettering design of this press is unique in that the letters were not pressed into the iron like most of the of their units. Rather the letter is free standing adding a unique and artistic design. This device is fully functioning. The gears and handle easily turn, and it easily opens and closes. The metal has great patina. This machine was in service at a privately owned meat market on Federal Hill, in Providence, R.I. for many years. It(sausage stuffer) was fully operational when placed in storage approx. 25 years ago. As you can verify from the photos, this machine will need a thorough cleaning and a linseed oiling, of the movable parts, prior to being placed back in service. Vintage Cast Iron Sausage Stuffer With Casing Tube
Up for bid is this cast iron sausage stuffer all original with no broken parts. The casing tube comes with it and it looks to be a 3/4" tube. The Handle is 22" long and the feed opening is 3.5" All original even the pins with wedges. I don't see any makers mark on it. Please look over the pictures any question do ask.

Great Antique and Primitive Sausage Stuffer made of Cast Iron. Mounted on wood. Fantastic old piece. Heavy and lots of rustic appeal. Measures 26" long and has no broken parts on it. The mount pieces are solid. Wonderful condition for its age. Looks like it has been well stored. Very heavy, it does have patina and some rust as on it as these old pieces will have.
