All of these parts can be bought from Weston or there are aftermarket parts out there. It works in both forward and reverse. If you check on line you will see that this grinder will do 720lb's an hour if you can feed it fast enough. This grinder was used very little and still has the white plastic cover that needs to be pulled off of the stanless steel. great grinder at a great price.
