Vintage Henry Disston Butcher's saw. This saw is in great shape. It has been taken apart. Cleaned, rust removed, and reassembled. The brass lugs were cleaned as well. The bow has the henry disston name stamped in it. it also shows a'5. The saw is solid. Sharp, and usable. Not sure how sanitary it could be, but it is from a different time. From the shape and font on the stamp I would estimate that this saw dates from the late 1800's. Great addition to your collection for display or use. Check the photos carefully for condition. Each is about 12" end to end with the blade about 6 3/4" X 3 3/4" Wooden handle cleaver is marked on the blade, it's only partially readable it looks to be in an oval shape, Utic- and KUT. Butcher Boy model 250/52 mixer/grinder 250lb capacity. 10 hp motor In Good condition. Some spots of rust, the worst are pictured, overall not bad. You can see some rust through the back cover, this is a piece of sheet stainless. The top half of the cover was missing when I got this, and it has been replaced with a machined piece of heavy gauge stainless. Works great. Motor runs nicely and sounds good, lid is in great shape, and has had the hinges welded up to fix some splitting from years of use, and the welding job was very nicely done. Moving parts all in good shape, including slide door, and the latch lock piece is there, and the wing nuts as well. The casters are not great, they do roll somewhat, but the bearings are corroded to the point that you won't want to have to move it around much, without replacement, but does roll as it ... moreis. Large model with a 6" round throat, unique in that it has no plates, the ground material comes out three slots in the bottom of the barrel on the grinder, see number 6 picture. The patent date was 1895, so its a older model, good condition other than it needs a good cleaning before using.
