Each is about 12" end to end with the blade about 6 3/4" X 3 3/4" Wooden handle cleaver is marked on the blade, it's only partially readable it looks to be in an oval shape, Utic- and KUT. About 11 3/4" blade about 7" x 3" Blade needs sharpening but is not nicked. They're heavy, postage will reflect that.

This is a rather old 30" long meat saw in good usable used condition with a 24" long cutting blade and a spare blade. All the handle screws are present and handle it tight. It is in good condition for its age and the blades are sharp with some normal metal tarnish throughout. Solid wood handle has no cracks or chips. Saw is marked'Henry Disston& Sons Inc. Antique A&P Grocery Butcher Block Table 6 legs
This old butcher block is said to have come from an A&P market butcher shop. No longer around, here in upstate New York. It's solid throughout. Hardwood, but I do not know what kind; I have a faint recollection of someone telling me it's maple but I cannot be positive. It shows obvious wear from years of use in the butcher shop and has the signature'scoop' areas where the most use took place. The photos were taken only from the outward facing side of the block because it was impossible for me to move it in order to get varied views. It has six turned legs. Up for auction is an antique cabinet makers workbench. The bench is most likely made of oak. But could be some kind of other hardwood species. The workbench is in great stuctural condition. The top has the usual chisel marks and scratches that come with years of use, but I would say this one is better than most. I do not know how old this bench is, but being that it has wood threads on the 2 vices, I would guess late 19th century or early 20th century. The top measures 24" x 74 1/2" not including the vices. Vintage 36" Paper Roll Holder Dispenser Butcher Grocery Store Craft Cast Iron
From a local estate. Here is one of the larger paper roll holders I've seen. This will hold a paper roll up to 36" or could probably be used for multiple rolls. Overall length is over 40" across, it stands over 12" tall, oak top and bottom. The metal parts are cast iron or steel, nice and heavy. The blade part is good, there is no spring, the weight is enough to hold it against the paper roll. The metal was repainted at some point, you'll find some paint on the wood too. Missing two nuts and bolts to hold the top on, unit is still solid but you'll want to put those back on. Nice clean unit, ready to mount to your work table, hope you can use it. Super sexy restored Wade& Butcher"American Razor" with custom designed Streaked horn scales. This beautifully etched Sheffield blade has a barbers notch. Is a near wedge and measures 13/16(just under 7/8) The wedge is synthetic ivory. Assembled using new brass pins and stacked collars. I've honed and stropped the razor to shave ready, checking the bevel under magnification to ensure it is free of blemishes that could affect the shave. Vintage English Coffin-style Wood Plane with W. Butcher iron
Up for auction is an English Coffin-style Wood Plane with"W. Butcher. I, Warranted Cast Steel" stamped on the iron. I am not an expert or collector in this at all, but this was part of a“blind” lot that I got at an auction. From a little research I did, I think it was made in England(the iron was made in Sheffield, England) probably in the late 1800's(again, no expert) All the markings on the iron are distinct and readable(I can't find any markings on the plane itself) I’ve tried to take several photos, so please use them as part of the description. As you can see, there are a couple of paint spatters, a few small holes and dings, and cracks running along the length of the sole(see photos) Overall, it is in great shape for being over 100 years old. Vintage Wilson Sheffield Chef's Smaller Carbon Steel Butcher Knife in A+++ Cond.
This beautiful old knife was made in Sheffield. England by the John Wilson company, best known here in the States as makers of knives for trade to Indians in North America. With quality exemplified by this knife, their fine hand-forged blades are still cutting their way around camps, kitchens and butcher shops some 150 years after their introduction, though this piece is not nearly so old, dating to the period of 1920's-30's. This piece is an unusually small and handy example among Wilson knives you'll find, made with a 5-1/8" blade(9.25" overall) Handle is entirely made of beechwood with 5 steel pins and remains rock solid in every way, appearing to have been used very, very little, if at all. This beautiful piece is quite smooth, with no rush or major damage except for normal wear it was probably only used during the holidays. it measures 10" long, there's a little screw that can be turned to lock it closed, the spring in the center is quite smooth, the handles are marked sterling and depict a beautiful filigree design, this is a rare piece and came from a very old estate with a large collection of sterling unique items. Offered for purchase ONE Clip Point Sheath or Butcher Knife. Measuring 11 9/16" overall. The blade is 7 1/4" long, at least 1/16" thick on top, and this weighs 7 oz unboxed. Not signed as to the maker, kind of looks user crafted to my eye but it is well done. This is in reasonably good shape and was cleaned. The blade has some light pitting and scuff marks from being sharpened. The handle scales are maple and are in good shape, other than a few dings on the sides and the ends. The scales are on tight. Pimped Straight Razor Wade & Butcher Sheffield Wedge Shave Ready
Another one of my"Pimp My Razor" specials. Wade& Butcher made in Sheffield prior to 1891. Ive given the restored blade a custom set of scales made from buffalo horn and given a"twist" texture. The wedge is synthetic ivory. Assembled with new brass pins and stacked collars. The blade is a near wedge grind with a slant edge. Measures 7/8 at widest point near the toe, down to 6/8 at the very heel. I've honed and stropped the razor to shave ready, checking the bevel under magnification to ensure it is free of blemishes that could affect the shave. Important note for future honing: 2 layer of tape used on spine during honing process. Tape removed prior to stropping. Thanks for looking. The market woman is on duty, and her boy, an incipient butcher, is in the full panoply of knife and steel. But in a moment of inattention, the unexpected catastrophe has come. Fido, of unknown origin and date, has slipped into the establishment and helped himself to a portion which has been laid aside for homo. This is a clear violation of the rights of property. The disgust and anger of the old market woman are kindled not a little, and as for the junior butcher, his passion is raised to the pitch of imminent war. We might say, literally, that it is ... morewar to the knife! With Fido, possession is nine points of the game, but discretion indicates flight. If he escapes, well and good; but if he does not, there will certainly be an end of all canine enterprises as far as he is concerned. My Dad just came down the Mountain a few days ago after spending the last month up hunting with a 80 something year Old Idaho Mountain Man Friend of his.
