This listing is for a Singer Vintage Tru Shape Dress Form size A. The material covering the top and bottom is a purple/white tweed like fabric and part of the material is a moveable stretch fabric. The size information engraved on the attached metal label reads as follows: Bust- 32-40" Waist- 25-32" Hips- 35-43" The metal at the top of the frame shows the vintage age and also the bottom metal seen has the same vintage age, but all is secure and exceptionally sturdy which has the Singer quality. I have included with the frame a very vintage pin cushion in silver-toned metal shaped like an old shoe with velvet covering the stuffing to hold the pins. This also comes with a MINT sales letter(printed on both sides) with cool graphics in the letterhead. The catalog is a little frail, but is not torn or tattered. ON A CAST IRON BASE AND WHEELS WITH A NICE FRENCH LOOK. This is an older dress form with a great look. It is a woman's body with the metal cage bottom and ornate cast iron base with wood wheels. The cage skirt is flat metal. The metal base has a stunning ornate design with the old black paint and says Acme form. It has a wonderful shape and incredible look with the body is adjustable. Some of the metal has rust on it. It adjusts up and down with the metal and the body is adjustable. Although some of the hardware is rusty, but they still move. Antique dress form as shown. The form is about 28" tall. It has a series of bars and wing nuts inside adjust the size. The inside hardware is rusty. There might be a couple wing nuts missing. The old material covering the panels is present, but very frail. It has a great aged look because it's old. It would be good to restore or for some kind of art project. I will pack extra cardboard wrapped around this when shipping. The stand is not present but the clamp for it is still present and it wouldn't be difficult to fabricate or find a replacement stand.
