Antique Wolf Dress Form/Sewing mannequin. I think from the 1960's or 70's. Dress form is approximately a size 6 with a 34A bust. And can be used either to drape and design on or as a decorative piece. Form still has some old pins in it and old writing and marks on the fabric from when its was in use years ago. Form has a small half inch tear on the upper left bust(can be seen in the pictures) and a couple of imperfections in the fabric(as can be expected from an antique form) and the top metal piece is dented slightly, but it is overall in pretty good condition and has a lot of character and history. I bough this form years ago from a"grading and marking" tailor in the garment district of Manhattan, who had owned it for decades. Please email with any other questions.

Matching pair of arms for vintage Wolf dress form. I'm guessing they are from an average size adult woman form but can't say for sure. They are 23" long. 20 1/2" from the center of the shoulder pin to the bottom of the cuff. One is missing one of the screws at the should mount but that's obviously not a major concern. Here we have a great old skirt form made by the Halls Bazar Form Company in New York. It has a patent date of 1880 on the cast iron base. The form is made of wire and can be adjusted to many different shapes. It seems to be in good working order. The tape measure at the hips is frail and broken- I think there was another tape measure at the top that is now missing. Form will be partially disassembled for shipping. Here we have a nice vintage dress by Form Fit Dresses New York. Dress is in pretty good shape for age. Has been stored in a attic for many years until we found it there. There is some minor staining on the lace part but I just noticed that on the purple part underneath. There are some pretty good size stains and some pin holes in some of the stain areas. May be moth holes. Unknown. I did not see this are when I took the photos. If you need to see this area. Let me know. Dress is sleeveless but has the lace cover up that goes over the back and arms. Cover up buttons in the front with a neat little bow. Measures aprox 20 inches from pit to pit. Waist is 17 inches laying flat. and aprox 38 inches from neck opening to bottom of the dress. Size 10 Company information is in raised lettering on the cast iron base and it reads on each leg of the wheeled base: SUPERIOR MODEL FORM CO INC. 172 E 126 ST NEW YORK. NY Dress form measures as seen in the photos: 63 1/2" H Base is 19" x 19" The body form alone from the rim of the metal edge at the neck to the base(just before the metal form) is 33" The body form has a 15" high metal form under the torso. The bust is 36" The waist is 26" The hips are 35" Shoulder width is 14" Base width is 12 7/8" The fabric/muslin on the body form is in really nice condition. I did check the height adjustments and it does stay up and go down. There are age stains on the mannequin and a bit of small rust stains on the cloth. Small rip on mannequins shoulder and another on bust. Insurance will be added to shipping. Local pickup always available.

Vintage Antique Hall-Borchert Dress Form Mannequin
This interesting mannequin is a vintage piece from the Hall-Borchert Dress Company. What I know about this mannequin is that she survived a fire at some point. And that is why the cloth covering is missing(you can see some of the cloth still attached on the label close-up) There is some dried water marking, and it appears that somebody wrote a few numbers in chalk on the body. The base is cast iron, and is very firmly attached to the mannequin. These vintage mannequins are in high-demand among collectors to be used as crafty decoration pieces. Vintage J.R. Bauman Dress Form Collapse-A-Form #1954
This is a"Collapse-A-Form#11 Strapless Model 1954" dress form. The cast iron base is imprinted"J.R.Bauman Model Form Co. 134 W 26th St. New York. The form measures 62-1/2" from the floor to the top of the knob at the top. It measures 34-1/2" from the bottom of the form figure to the top of the neck. The wire cage below measures 15" The figure measurements are: Bust 36" Waist 26" Hips 36-1/2" Across shoulders 14-1/3" The condition of the form is fair to good, as depicted in the photos. There is wear and staining at the neck and the shoulders, where arms would be attached, tears at both breasts, and a snag at the right hip. The is staining, particularly around the neck. The knob at the top of the neck is spring-loaded.but I haven't been able to figure out its purpose; the foot pedal is operable ... moreand, when depressed, raises the form about 3"but when you foot is removed, the form returns to its original height. I don't know if there is supposed to be a ratchet device that will allow the user to adjust the height of the form. This item would make a nice display piece in a commercial setting. Or in the home. We are listing this item as"Pick-Up Only" because it is quite heavy and an awkward shape. However. Should the buyer arrange for shipping, we could package the item and have it ready for pick-up by a carrier.

This is a really nice vintage male dress form It is a very heavy duty dress form. Nice solid wood base. The form itself is also very sturdy. I do not know what is underneath but it is covered with nice black jersey material. There is some light fading on fabric which appears to be from sunlight. Measures about. 18" shoulder to shoulder 23" shoulder to bottom of torso and 40" in chest area. Base is very nice but can be sanded and refinished since it is solid wood. 1957 Industrial dress form mannequin made in New York. This has Wolf Model Form Company on the bottom metal base. It has printed at the top. On the neck, S.M. Benjamin Co. It has a sticker just below the neck that reads, Standard Form Company-Perfect Fitting Forms for Factories& Designers-New York" Has the patent no. on the base. PAT. 1772240. This form has an adjustment to raise or lower the form. Has the original wire cage below the form. The cast iron base is in excellent condition and the 4 metal casters roll well. This form is collapsible. This mannequin was in an industrial setting for many years. The seamstress who used it, purchased it and moved it to her sewing room at home. She lived three blocks from Halmode Apparel, and from there she made custom dresses. The mannequin is 66" tall and can be lowered about 6" ... morethe torso is 33 1/2" tall including the neck, The bust is 35 1/2" the waist is 25 1/2" and the hips are 36 1/2" The base of the torso form is 13" wide and 9" deep.
